Context
Click on the drop down menu to select a different phone number to edit. Then click on "Update" to refresh the page with information pertaining to that number.

Prepaid Long Distance
This is where you recharge and manage your prepaid long distance minutes.

Prepaid Long Distance

  • Recharge
    Click on the "Recharge" button to go to the InPhonex Store to purchase a new block of long distance minutes.
  • Date Purchased
    Shows the date and time that your long distance minutes were purchased.
  • Last Use
    Shows the date and time of your long distance phone calls.
  • Original
    Shows the amount of long distance minutes purchased.
  • Remaining
    Shows how many long distance minutes you have remaining in your account.

DID Phone Numbers
This is where you change the options for each of your Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers.

DID Phone Numbers

  • DID Number
    Displays all your DID numbers.
  • Last Modified
    Indicates the date (yyyy-mm-dd) and time (hh:mm:ss) that you last changed the preferences for your DID number.
  • Connected to
    Select an option from the drop down menu to specify where your DID number is forwarded to. If you choose Fax to Email, enter the email address in the box provided.
  • Update
    Click on update to save your DID preferences.

IP Phone Numbers
This is where you manage all the options related to your phone number (see Context to select a different phone number).

IP Phone Numbers

  • Add Numbers
    Click on the "Add Numbers" button to purchase more InPhonex phone numbers at the InPhonex Store.
  • Phone Name
    Displays the phone number that is currently being edited and the person's name that is registered with that phone number.
  • Passwords
    Set your passwords for voicemail, SIP, and Calling Card PIN
    VM: Password to access your voicemail.
    SIP: Password used to configure your softphone or device to use our service.
    PIN: Personal Identification Number (PIN) needed to use your InPhonex calling card.
  • Include in White Pages
    Check this box if you would like to be listed in our InPhonex Member White Pages Directory.
  • Enable VM
    Check this box if you would like to enable your InPhonex voicemail.
  • Do not send email updates
    Check this box if you would *not* like to receive email updates on features, products and other information on our VoIP service.
  • Allow Incoming 800 Calls
    Check this box if you would like to receive incoming toll-free calls.
  • Allow Continental US and Canada LD
    Check this box if you would like the ability to call the Continental US and Canada.
  • Allow Int'l LD
    Check this box if you would like the ability to call Internationally.
  • Registration Expires
    Displays the date and time of the current registration between the InPhonex server and IP phone associated with that particular number. The type of IP phone, UA, is also displayed. The date and time show when the UA will expire current registration and re attempt connection with the InPhonex server. Note: SIP registration interval should never be longer then 5 minutes or 300 seconds.

    If the account's summary lacks "Registration expires @...", the IP phone is not connected with InPhonex either due to the fact that the phone is turned off or no connection is being made between the user and server due to technical difficulties.
  • Update
    Click on update to save your preferences.
