Articulation Mobile VoIP Software

Articulation is an easy to use application that turns your Palm PDA into a VoIP Phone, enabling you to make and receive telephone calls using the internet. Articulation is the first service independent VoIP phone for PalmOS.

In order to use articulation you need a Palm PDA that has the following:

PalmOS 5.x and above.
Palm based PDA with speaker and microphone (T|X & T5 need external mic)
Wireless internet connection (Wifi/Bluetooth/GPRS/EDGE/EVDO)
InPhonex connection. Articulation can be used with most providers.

STEP 1
This configuration guide assumes that you have already signed up and downloaded the application from Hampton Software.

STEP 2

Start Articulation
Select “Options” then choose "Account”

STEP 3
Under "Account Settings" enter the following information:

Name: InPhonex
Server: sip.inphonex.com
Domain: sip.inphonex.com
Display: Enter your name
User: Enter your 7 digit InPhonex number
Passwd: Enter your InPhonex password

Click OK.

STEP 4
When the account settings are correct and Articulation has registered with InPhonex, a green connection icon is shown at the top left of the screen. Once the green connected icon is showing you are ready to make and receive calls.

STEP 5
Make calls!
