How do I call forward my incoming PSTN calls to go out to a number via VoIP?

Problem:

I want to forward PSTN calls to a VoIP number or to the calling card gateway (8600)

Solution:

Go to PSTN line tab, there is 8 dialplans. By default PSTN -> VoIP and VoIP -> PSTN are configured to use the same Dialplan 1. You can configure Dialplan 2 to have a hotline syntax of where the call is going to be call forwarded to.

The following is an example of how to forward PSTN callers to our Calling Card Gateway.

Ex: S0<:8600@inphonex.com:5060>

Then, you need to select that dialplan for usage of PSTN -> VoIP. Please note that PSTN line needs to be registered to a service provider and this call will only use the service provider defined in PSTN line, not Line1.
